Pupusas
are a traditional food throughout El Salvador, anywhere in the country
can find a place that sells pupusas (pupusería), any day of the week. Originally
pupusas are made with corn dough and stuffed with pork and cheese,
cooked on a griddle and served with seasoned vinegar. Today there are a variety of pupusas and corn not only rice but also are known as Olocuilta by origin. Here,
